Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
I honestly don’t have too much to say about mine because, well I didn’t really do anything exciting. It rained ALL weekend and other than doing the usual grocery trip and a dinner with my parents one night, we pretty much just hung around the house and watched movies.

The one time I put real clothes on…

RainyDay

T-Shirt: Target Button Up: Forever 21 Leggings: Victoria’s Secret Necklace: Made myself Boots: Hunter

I did manage to get a few good treadmill workouts in which was pretty good considering I normally don’t do much exercise on the weekends.

weekend

Moving onto this upcoming week. I am SO excited that I was asked to participate in the Revolt Fitness program, and it couldn’t have happened at a better time. Now that I am FINALLY done breast feeding/pumping- I am able to stick to a more strict fitness and meal plan and not have to worry about my milk supply decreasing and also have way more time to dedicate to workouts. So I will go more in depth about the program later this week, but until then if you want you can read more about it HERE.

MealPlan

Time to get my butt in shape and get stronger and leaner. After being pregnant and having Levi, I lost a lot of my muscle and my endurance levels dropped way down. And with bikini season coming up, well lets just say I’ve got work to do! I am going to follow the workout program 100% and most of the meal plan with some adjustments. Again, more on all that later (:

For my last meal that I ate before starting Revolt, I decided on a loaded broiled sweet potato and it was glorious.

And my smart ass husband who was making fun of me taking pictures of my sweet potato took my phone and took a picture of his dinner and said, “Here post this on your blog.” Well here ya go Stu.

Tell me about your weekend!
Have you ever done a fitness or meal plan before? If so how did you do?

Is it harder for you to follow a meal plan or a fitness plan?
